Return & Exchange of Product
- Customers complete shopping experience/satisfaction is our highest Priority. We want you happy each and every time you buy from us. However, if due to some unforeseen situation you are not happy with the product then the following terms apply for a mutually consented resolution of the situation. We do our best to make sure you never need to use this policy.
- We have 100% customer protection program where customer can return products under following conditions:
- For Domestic orders :- In an improbable event, that customer has received a damaged product so the customer can return the product and customer will get product exchange.
- For International orders :- We do not accept returns in any scenario. In an improbable condition that the customer has received a damaged product, we will refund the value for the product. However, the shipping charges will not be refunded.
- To avoid any unforeseen issue for our international customer, we double-check the products before despatch and make sure it meets our quality standard. Also, some of our products with natural dye and hand processes tend to colour bleed while washing. Therefore, we request international customers to read the product details before buying fabric to avoid any issues.
- Return & Exchange process for Domestic order :-
- The customer must initiate a return request within two days of receiving the parcel. The product must be in an unused and undamaged condition with the sticker intact and the original invoice. Under no circumstances we will accept a return request after two days. (Not applicable in case of fabrics measuring below 2 metres & bought on sale),To initiate a return & exchange, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at +91 99256 84000 and quote your order ID and return reason. Our team will get in touch within two working days and share the return details.
- In case of damaged products, kindly share the image/video highlighting the damaged area. In a rare event, if you have received fabric less than the ordered meters, kindly share a video measuring the fabric.
Please Note :- Following products are NOT returnable & exchangeable unless defective.
(A). Fabrics measuring below 2 Metres in length.
(B). Fabrics Printed on Demand.
- COVERED as Defect or Damaged :-
- Substantially inconsistent visual appearance in terms of print, texture or colors is visible right at the time of product first unpacked.
- The fabric is abruptly torn and is not usable.
- The structure is loosely woven in part or areas, or weave is damaged or torn
- Weight per meter varies more than 25%
- NOT COVERED as Defect or Damage :-
- Color reproduction on various digital screens vastly varies, hence there shall always be some gap between what you see online versus in real.
- Some particular types of fabrics suffer inherent color bleeding for a few washes. Instructions for each such fabric is clearly mentioned on respective product page.
- Any fabric ordered below 2 meters of measurement doesn’t qualify for Exchange.
- Exchange :-
- Any request of exchange shall be fulfilled subject to the availability of the fabric in the inventory on the date of receipt of returned order/products.
- Exchange of products shall be calculated on the net payable price of the item(s) and not on MRP. And any price variations need to pay by Customer.
- Exchange shipping fee will pay by Customer.
- Conditions of Returned Products :-
- The tags on the product should be intact.
- The product should be unwashed, unused, unstitched and in an undamaged condition.
- The item needs to be returned along with the original packaging.
- Sale products will not be returnable or exchangeable except in case of defect.
- You can courier the parcel to us as per the return details shared with you. If you want us to pick up the parcel, a token reverse shipping fee of ₹ 100 paid by customer in next parcel. It generally takes 3-4 working days for our courier partners to initiate the reverse pick up. If the PINCODE is not serviceable for reverse pick up, the customer will have to ship manually the product back to us. Pick-up location has to be the same as per shipping address. In case our logistics partner is not able to cover the pick-up location. the customer shall return the package by India Post, and share a scanned copy of the receipt via Email/Whatsapp.
- Once we receive your returned parcel and on satisfactory inspection of the same, our team will contact you to initiate the exchange process.
