You can cancel your order at any time if the delivery date exceeds the expected delivery date. For prepaid orders, the amount will be refunded to you after the order has been successfully canceled.

        A. RETURNS or REPLACEMENT

        In rare cases, if the order does not meet the specifications, and you want to return or exchange the total or partial order (not applicable in case of Fabrics or sale offers). You may request return or exchange by email to hello@faberty.in with the order number in the subject line, a photo of a specific area of ​​the defective fabric and a short note within 7 days from the date of delivery. Refunds shall be subject to the conditions detailed in clauses 1 and 2 below.

        Note: The following products cannot be returned or replaced unless they are defective & exchangeable unless defective. 

        1. Fabrics less than 2 meters in length
        2. Items purchased on sale.
        3. Gift cards.

        1. If the product is defective or damaged

        1.1. REFUND POLICY

        1.1.1. For all refunds covered by section 1.2, you will receive a full refund of the returned product.

        1.1.2. Discounts on bulk orders larger than Rs 15,000 are proportional and apply to the net actual value of the order upon return.

        1.1.3. Faberty will arrange pick-up at the point of delivery. The pick-up location must be the same as the delivery address. If the logistics partner cannot cover the pick-up point. Customers will need to return the package by India Post and send a copy of the scanned receipt via email / WhatsApp. Faberty will reimburse postage costs received from India Post.

        1.1.4. All refunds are by default processed as gift cards of equal value that customers can use to purchase products at www.faberty.in for 6 months. Refunds can be sent to the source (prepaid) or to a bank account (Cash on delivery) if the customer raise the request for the same.

        1.2. Covered as defected or damaged

        1.2.1. Right from the first unpackaging of the product, if visually inconsistent look is found in terms of print, texture or color.

        1.3.2. Some specific fabrics cause color bleeding for few washes. The description of each of these products is clearly indicated on the individual product pages.

        1.3.3. Fabrics ordered less than 2 meters per size is not eligible for return.

        1.4. Exchange

        1.4.1. Any replacement request will be fulfilled as long as there is the availability of fabric in stock on the day of receipt of the returned order/products.

        1.4.2. Product exchange will be calculated based on the net price paid for the items, not based on the MRP.

        1.5. Terms of returned products

        1.5.1. The product tags/label must be intact.

        1.5.2. The product must not be washed, worn, stitched, and in good condition.

        1.5.3. Items must be returned in the original packaging.

        1.5.4 Products for sale will not be returned or exchanged, except in case of defect. 

        2. When the customer changes their mind or does not like the product

        2.1. Refund Policy

        In these cases, if the customer changes their mind or if the fabric does not meet expectations and wants to return part or all of the order (does not apply to fabrics less than 2 meters), Faberty will accept return for the rest of the fabrics, the product should meet the requirements of clause 2.2. In these cases, the delivery costs are borne by the buyer and there is no possibility of reverse pickup facility. Refunds will be processed within 2 weeks from the date of receipt of the returned order to the sender.
